With our customized, seamless fillings, we not only help restore the health and function of your teeth but also take the time to make sure they look natural and beautiful. We provide durable and comfortable solutions that blend right in with your smile.
Let us help you maintain a healthy, vibrant smile for years to come.
Why You Shouldn’t Put Off Getting a Filling
Leaving a cavity untreated can result in more serious problems like deeper decay, tooth sensitivity, or even an infection that requires more extensive care, such as a root canal. Getting a filling sooner rather than later not only saves you from discomfort but also preserves your natural teeth.
Visiting us for a dental exam or a hygiene appointment regularly is the best way to catch cavities early, when they’re smaller and easier to treat.
What Is a Dental Filling?
A dental filling is a treatment dentists use to restore a tooth damaged by a cavity. When harmful bacteria in your mouth produce acids, these can wear away your tooth enamel, creating a hole known as a cavity. If they’re not treated promptly, cavities can lead to tooth pain and further damage.
A filling helps by sealing the cavity, preventing bacteria from spreading, and restoring your tooth’s strength and functionality.
Tooth Fillings for Kids
Cavities are very common among kids, but we aim to make their experience positive. Our friendly and empathetic team knows how to create a welcoming environment so our young patients feel safe and comfortable.
We also take the time to educate children and parents on healthy habits that can prevent cavities from forming in the first place.

Giving Back: Shine The Light Initiative

Giving back to our community is a tenet of the Shine Dental ethos. Dr. Brent Wong, owner of Shine Dental, and his wife, Wendy, began Shine The Light in 2005 as a way to bridge the gap between people who want to help and those who need it most.
Since its inception, Shine The Light has helped build over 100 homes and brings free dental and medical care to those in need in the Dominican Republic. As the organization has developed, they’ve added skilled trade training and far•o Supply Co, which focuses on strengthening economic independence for trainees and artisans in DR.
